Being fascinated with human psychology and behavior from an early age I began my journey in a Pre-College Psychology Summer Program at the Lomonosov Moscow State University. After my graduation, I attended The Academy of Labour and Social Relations for my bachelor’s degree in Economics and a master’s degree in Sociology. To enrich and broaden my knowledge I decided to continue my education at M. A. Sholokhov Moscow State University for Humanities majoring in Educational Psychology which leads to being accepted to the Moscow International Higher Business School where I attended Strategic Management and Organization Management Program. This enriching experience allowed me to see many aspects of human behavior and psychology.
After moving to California I discovered my passion for helping people who faced various psychological issues in their lives. This passion brought me to the Palo Alto School of Hypnotherapy where I studied Clinical Hypnotherapy, Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, and graduated as a Certified Hypnotherapist.
I believe in one’s pure nature, a creator who is both strong and free. Sometimes they can find themselves confused, lost, and unable to find a way to their true self. But I must assure you that it’s never too late.
As a hypnotherapist, I am drawn to the core idea and techniques of Ericksonian Hypnotherapy. Although, there are many schools, theories, and methods of Hypnotherapy I am certain in its effectiveness.
I believe that an individual is perfect within their own identity and their personal choice of pursuing life. There is nothing wrong or unworthy about them. As a result of living in our cliche-framed world, a person can often lose their unique identity by trying to follow the goals imposed by society. That’s where constant dissatisfaction by the achieved result, also known as an existential crisis, comes from. Achieving fictitious goals can never bring satisfaction! It often results in breakdowns, addictions, fixations. If any of this sounds familiar or something you feel the need to work on, now is the time to allow yourself to see what you don't allow yourself to see.
My intent is to present opportunities for Transformation Change. The term “Transformational Change” doesn’t simply indicate a change in beliefs, behavior, outlook, or some other temporary condition. Transformational Change is about changing the core of who a person is. It’s about putting the old away and stepping into a new self-identity.
Hypnotherapy is a cooperative relationship. I am with my patient. I’m am not doing something to them, but with them. I am acting as their coach and an ally.
If any of these issues sound familiar to you or something you feel the need to work on, now is the time to “allow yourself to see what you don’t allow yourself to see.” - Milton H. Erickson, a revered American psychiatrist who specialized in Medical Hypnosis and Family Therapy.
